Where to Find Us: The Oyster Buoys 2026 Public Tour Calendar
There is nothing quite like the theater of a live shucking station—the crunch of the ice, the flash of the knife, and that perfect, briny first sip of a freshly opened rock oyster.
While a huge part of our week is spent behind the gates of private weddings and corporate country estates, we love nothing more than hitting the open road to pitch up at the UK’s best food, wine, and countryside festivals. If you want to track us down, grab a half-shell, and talk all things coastal provenance, here is exactly where the Oyster Buoys mobile bars are heading for the rest of the 2026 season.

What to Expect When You Find the Bar
Every time you see the Oyster Buoys sign, you are getting the absolute best of British waters, shucked completely to order right in front of you.
We don’t just hand you a shell; we love to talk about the unique flavor profiles of the waters our oysters come from. On the counter this season, you can look forward to:
- The Classic Half-Shell: Raw, icy, and immaculate. Served naked or dressed with our sharp house-made mignonette.
- The Hot Counter: Our famous golden, crispy tempura oysters for those who want a rich, warm twist on a classic.
- Expert Pairings: We collaborate closely with the drink makers and wine producers at every estate and festival to ensure we can recommend the exact pour to cut through the briny richness of your plate.
Whether you’re a seasoned regular or trying your very first oyster, come say hello, grab a plate, and let us show you a shucking great time.
Keep an eye on our Instagram for live pitch locations and weekend updates as we travel. See you in the field!
