Set within the historic, light-filled Silk Mill, this event is a masterful celebration of honesty in craft—whether it’s found on a canvas or in a bottle. We are thrilled to be bringing our coastal raw bar back to Frome, joining a curated selection of low-intervention winemakers and artists for what promises to be a highlight of our summer.

Unfiltered Frome is all about stripping away the noise to focus on the maker. It’s an ethos that resonates deeply with us at Oyster Buoys; just as low-intervention winemakers strive to let the fruit express its true terroir, we believe in letting the quality of our oysters speak for itself. We are looking forward to being part of a space where guests can move between a tasting of natural wines, a conversation about contemporary art, and the simple, bracing pleasure of a freshly shucked oyster.
