We were thrilled to be back on the grounds this year, bringing the salt-sprayed freshness of our coastal oysters to the heart of Thetford.

At Oyster Buoys, we love the contrast between the rustic tradition of the Game Fair and the refined, briny elegance of a fresh oyster. Whether it’s a quick stop between watching the world-class horseboarding championships or a leisurely break at the Food & Drink Fair, we enjoyed sharing our passion for the coast with so many visitors. It’s always a highlight of our calendar to showcase how well our oysters pair with the vibrant, seasonal fare championed by the fair’s culinary experts.
