Oyster Buoys x Broadstairs Food Festival – 3rd-5th April 2026
This Easter Oyster Buoys shall be making their first appearance at the Broadstairs Food Festival. Open to the public this Easter Bank Holiday.
We shall be shucking fresh oysters from our bespoke ice display Raw Bar. Join us for the freshest oysters sourced locally from Whitstable Oyster Farm. We shall be showcasing our new menu featuring tempura Oysters and Oyster Poppers served hot. These shall be available alongside our freshly shucked oysters, served on the half shell, with the traditional accompaniments; lemon, tabasco sauce and house made shallot mignonette.
The Broadstairs Food Festival is a vibrant celebration of local flavours, bringing together passionate foodies, artisan producers, and top chefs. Set against the stunning coastal backdrop of Broadstairs, it offers a feast of culinary delights, live entertainment, and family-friendly activities.
