Oyster Club x Baltic House Wine Bar

We would like to welcome you our next instalment of Oyster Club. Hosted at the Baltic House Wine Bar, located on the Standard Quay in Faversham on the 27th March 2026. We shall be showcasing some of new flavours, and some classics with an Oyster Boys twist.

On arrival enjoy a welcome Rock Oyster and a glass of Prosecco to compliment.

A 6 course oyster tasting bringing together not just hot and cold rock oysters, but also the lesser known but just as tasty Native Oyster. All of our oysters are sourced from Whitstable, Kent. You cannot get more local than that.

Guests will also recieve a glass of Sancerre 2023 Cotes Des Embouffants to accompany your oysters. Settle in for us to provide you more than just a specially curated menu, we have the answers to all your oyster questions. Having worked in the worked in the Shellfish industry we can help with all your queries.

Faversham’s standard quay has a rich history of Oyster Farming, many of the Oyster smacks of the Victorian Era were built in the ship yard along the Faversham Creek. Kentish Oysters were shipped to Billingsgate by the millions for the everyman to enjoy as they were a rich source of protein, and cheap too, at  only 1p an oyster.
